Assistant machine operator

As an assistant to a machine operator, you will prepare machines and equipment for operation (assembling appropriate tools, setting technological data). As a machine operator assistant, you will operate and supervise both individual stations and production lines used to shape products together with the operator. As a machine operator assistant, you will perform product inspections to ensure that products meet our quality standards. You'll check that the daily and weekly production schedule goes according to plan. One minute you'll be working independently and the next you'll be working together with a colleague. The production coordinator and quality staff are around to support and assist as needed. Your contribution to improving processes, techniques and ARBO and environmental policies will be welcomed.

• Experience as an operator assistant or pretreatment worker;
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn;
• Good work mentality and ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to improve processes and techniques;
• Knowledge of the Dutch language;
• Own accommodation.

• Salary between €2300 -€3200 depending on knowledge and experience;
• 40 hours per week;
• Shift allowance of 7% for morning shift;
• Shift allowance of 19% for the evening shift;
• Varied shift work from 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00;
• Working hours 06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 22:00;
• Possibility of permanent contract;
• Holiday bonus 8%;
• Reimbursement for each kilometer 0.21€ over 10 km;
