Machine operator

In this diverse role as a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring machines. You will oversee the processing and manufacturing of products, ensuring they meet our quality standards. As an operator, you will conduct product inspections to ensure compliance. You will work both independently and as part of a team, with support from our production coordinator and quality control staff.

• Experience as a machine operator or in pre-processing;
• Interest in technology and a willingness to learn;
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Skill in improving processes and techniques;
• Proficiency in Dutch or English;
• Own accommodation.

• Salary range: €2,300 - €3,200, depending on knowledge and experience;
• 40 hours per week;
• Working hours: 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM;
• Possibility of a permanent contract;
• Holiday bonus: 8%;
• Mileage reimbursement at €0.21 per kilometer beyond 10 kilometers;
